We Wouldn't Have It Any Other Way: The Truth About The "Think Blue Flu."

Five seems to be the magic number for the Dodgers in the past decade.

Think about it. 2004, 2009, and now 2013.

And just when things looked bleak for the "Blue Crew," we went on that magical run where we went 42-8 in 50 games.

Some call it the Power of Puig, and let's be honest, Yasiel did what he was expected to do upon joining the big club, he provided a much needed spark.

But there's so much more to it.

Because something swept over not only the Southern California region, but also, and most importantly, the City of Los Angeles.

It's something there's no cure for.

Everyone has caught the flu!

The Think Blue Flu that is!

And we wouldn't have it any other way!

Magical Run Leads To Showdown in Atlanta.

How 'Bout That!: Los Angeles' Magical Run Leads To Postseason Berth, Showdown Against Braves.

It won't be easy, but the Los Angeles Dodgers knew that coming in.  With a team full of savvy veterans like Nick Punto, Michael Young and Adrian Gonzalez, the Dodgers will give their fans everything they have.

Although the series will open not here in Los Angeles, but at Turner Field in Atlanta.

The Braves also have a storied history and stacked roster, highlighted by the "Siblings In The Outfield," Justin and B.J. Upton.

NL Cy Young Winner Clayton Kershaw will be facing off against Atlanta's Kris Medlen, and I cannot wait!

I know I'm excited, and I know the entire reigon (read all of Southern California!) is 'suffering' from "Think Blue Flu!"

Hey, it's been a while since we had something to cheer about, Bring on the Braves, and GO BLUE!
